I cannot recommend Premiere Home Cinema highly enough and particularly David Fenner. Having researched thoroughly wanted I wanted - Audica CX LCR/Tower/Sub Woofer Seakers coupled to a Onkyo TX-SR705 Receiver - I found Premiere's prices to be very competitive and consequently placed an order. Whilst there was initially a bit of a problem regarding the delivery of the Receiver on the agreed day I have to say that David Fenner went out of his way to provide the highest possible level of customer service which was way beyond what I was expecting - he literally "went the extra mile" to ensure that I received my order on the agreed day - outstanding!! I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Premiere to any interested parties - trust me, they will not let you down!!

You learn much more about a retailer when things don't go according to plan. The help I had in choosing components for my home cinema system was excellent. Often when you have a good price on what you want and a company cannot match it they try and sell you something else. premiere Home Cinema accepted that on one item (KEF speakers) I had the best price and it was the best option for the job. The advice on the screen was excellent. I got an amazing price on a much better screen than I was expecting. All the kit arrived in good time. One piece of Kit was faulty on arrival. Premiere Home Cinema worked very hard to sort the problem and I had a replacement within days. In retail things are bound to go wrong at some point. I would recommend Premiere Home Cinema because they won't sell you stuff you don't want or need and when a supplier messes up they sort it without the usual blame culture heartache. My wife has severe hearing loss and often struggles with the dialogue on American films. We used to get round this by wiring her hearing aids directly into the AV amp (she felt like something out of the Matrix!). With the KEFs and the Onkyo the quality is so good she requires no extra bits and hears everything.
