The Problem
We found that after speaking with many clients that although they wanted to purchase Home Cinema & Automation products after reading magazines and visiting shops they got the impression that these systems would only suit a modern home.
The majority of our clients own Farms, Barn Conversions and Large Period Properties for which all retain character and is the reason the client purchased that property in the 1st place and that a Multi Room Audio Distribution / Home Cinema system would destroy the style/period of their property.
We found that it was extremely difficult/impossible to re-educate these clients that they can have a Full Multi Room Audio Distribution system and their very own Cinema system that they have always dreamed of.
The Solution
We therefore decided it was time to leave our modern showroom and purchase a property similar to that of our clients and to turn that property into our "Show Home" for which we can then demonstrate to our clients that we they can have Discrete Multi Room Audio and Video Distribution and a FullHD Home Cinema System within their aged property.
The Property.
A very prominent 1890 Victorian Property just outside of the Town center of Clacton on sea, the property was used as Offices for over 20years by a very successful Transport company however due to expansion they had to move to larger Offices.
The property was extremely neglected and in need of serious modernisation, we sold the unit and purchased this property for use as a Show Home for which would be our portfolio of products and services that we can offer.
The Agenda.
To Demonstrate to clients that Home Cinema & Multi Room Distribution & Automation products can be installed discretely into old houses while preserving the features and period of that property.

South Heath Barn
To Install a discrete Home Cinema system in a 300 Year old traditionally decorated Barn,the clients were very happy with their current system, however the husband wanted to upgrade to a larger TV however the wife disapproved as it would not be in keeping with their current decor.
North Villas
This property is a development property for which is a lovely traditional property that had been neglected, the developer stripped the entire property and requested lighting, Audio & Video multi Room, Door Entry systems to be installed on all 5 floors of this Camden Town House.
