By integrating a multi-format disc player, surround processor and pre-amplifier, Unidisk SC provides an incredibly simple solution for a totally involving music and movie experience. Simply adding a power amplifier and loudspeakers completes a high performance system for stereo or surround-sound music and movies.
The Unidisk SC player features Linns proprietary Silver Disk Engine and delivers high quality audio or video from a range of silver disc types, including CD, Super Audio CD, DVD-Video and DVD-Audio. Insert a disc and the Unidisk SC will instantly detect the highest performance signal available on the disc, processing it independently through dedicated circuitry optimised with the precise decoding solution for that signal.
Unidisk SC integrates high-fidelity audio and crystal clear video to ensure that no matter what format your music and movies have been recorded in, you can always experience them at the highest possible performance level. Unidisk SC has a range of inputs to allow you to connect other audio and video sources and can even create the surround-sound experience from your stereo sources such as CD, or let you enjoy satellite TV broadcasts or console games in full surround-sound.
Unidisk SC also benefits from silent power from an evolved version of Linns Switch Mode Power Supply which delivers power to the internal circuitry and minimises the effects of noise from the mains supply on the product performance.
Available in a choice of silver and black finishes, Unidisk SC is also multi-room enabled which means that you can enjoy music throughout your home as part of a Linn Knekt multi-room system.
Unidisk SC can be partnered with a multi-channel Chakra power amplifier and Komponent loudspeakers for a simple, stylish music and movie system solution.
